Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the OnlyVault website and desktop app. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

OnlyVault helps you manage media in the vaults of creator accounts on supported platforms that you own or are authorized to manage. You must be at least 18 years old. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. Features may change.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account, your devices and everything done through them.

Plans and billing

OnlyVault has not been released yet; the plans and prices described here apply from launch. OnlyVault will offer a free tier and paid plans priced by the number of bound creator accounts, as shown on our pricing section. Paid plans are billed through a third-party payment provider. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The OnlyVault app, website, name and logo belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You keep all rights in your own content.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful or to infringe anyone’s rights;
• access content or accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
• handle content involving minors or anyone who has not consented;
• interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or distribute malware;
• reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.

Termination

You can stop using OnlyVault at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost data or media, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, or from actions taken by third-party platforms or other third parties. Deleting media from a vault is permanent and cannot be undone.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
